RetailTrends selects Dappr as one of the 10 most promising retail startups in the Netherlands

Amsterdam – Dappr, the sustainable and distinctive plaster brand, has been named a RetailRookie 2025/2026 by RetailTrends. This places Dappr among a select group of ten innovative retail concepts that, according to the platform, will help shape the future of Dutch retail.

The award is organized annually by RetailTrends to spotlight promising startups. The selected RetailRookies not only have a chance to gain media attention and networking support but also compete for the title of RetailRookie of the Year .

On September 15, 2025, the ten nominees will pitch live at the DeLaMar Theater in Amsterdam during RetailTrends Live. A jury of experts and the public will then decide who will call themselves the RetailRookie of the Netherlands for a year.

What started as a mission to make bandages more fun and sustainable has now grown into a retail concept that's being taken seriously. And that feels like a huge affirmation.
